The LENOWISCO Planning District Commission is governed by a 15 member Board of Directors, filled on a population basis from the governing boards of each member jurisdiction.  Wise County has six Board Members, Lee and Scott Counties have four Board Members, and the City of Norton has one Board Member.   The LENOWISCO Board establishes all policies under which the Commission staff functions.  Meeting on a regular basis, they are the final decision makers for area-wide plan recommendations and project programming.
